Document project requirements and negotiate customer expectations. Manage scope and schedule, work within budget and with assigned resources to achieve milestone dates. Provide overall project leadership, establish and monitor performance metrics, prepare and maintain project documentation, ensure adherence to software QA and configuration management standards, manage business and project issues, manage risks and develop contingency plans, and report status to stakeholders and senior management.

• 5-10 years of Project Management experience with proven ability to manage budget, schedule, and scope
• Minimum of 2 years experience with ERP System Implementation and/or Customer Information/Billing Systems in the Gas/Electric Utility industry desirable
• Strong leadership skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills (negotiation and consensus building)
• Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling, and manpower planning
• Background in programming and testing Natural/Adabas or DB2, Cobol, PL1 a plus
• Project Management Certification (PMP) or equivalent desired
• BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• US Citizenship, US Green Card, H1B Visa, or TN Visa

Extended travel or temporary relocation to client sites located in various cities across the US.
