Blue Heron Consulting hires Mark Vanderwall as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Delivery.  Mark has over 30 years of experience providing world class outsourced implementation and management services to client organizations around the globe.   Most recently Mark worked for Bearing Point and then Deloitte Consulting in a senior management role focusing on development and delivery of IT based solutions.
