The event was geared towards Business Owners, as well as Heads of Marketing and Technology, to show them the latest and greatest innovations of Oracle-Siebel On Demand. Here, the new innovations, such as Smart Phone Capabilities and enhanced Web Browser capabilities were announced and shown. The event also showcased the breadth of Service Offerings Blue Heron provides for a successful CRM implementation, such as Requirements Gathering, Process Analysis, Fit Analysis and more. Blue Heron and Oracle will be partaking in other events in the future to continue educating the local and national marketplace on our synergistic approach to Oracle-Siebel On Demand implementations.
